Inspired by:

The song draws its inspiration from the poignant story of Mi-Hyun and Doo-Shik, two central characters from the Korean drama series “Moving”.

A particular moment, the balcony scene, served as the creative catalyst. It’s the moment where the two protagonists, with quiet resolve, choose each other, become lovers.  The cinematography beautifully captures the complexity of their emotions, tells the path that brought them there and foretells the lovers’ stories to unfold.

From that scene, the chorus and title, “Hold Me” arose naturally, as did the concept for the music video.

특히 발코니 신(scene)이 창작의 결정적인 계기가 되었습니다. 서로를 선택하고 연인이 되기로 결심하는 그 순간, 두 주인공의 깊은 감정을 아름답게 담은 영상의 장면들은 지금까지의 여정을 내포하며 앞으로 펼쳐질 이야기를 예고해 줍니다.

그 장면에서 자연스럽게 떠오른 것이 바로 후렴구와 곡의 제목인 “Hold Me” 였고, 뮤직비디오의 콘셉트 역시 그 흐름 속에서 함께 구상되었습니다.

The lyrics and music were originally composed—a personal creation as a self-taught songwriter.
Music production, with its demands for skillful arrangement, mixing, and technical precision, remains a challenging frontier, still lies beyond the capabilities and will take time to learn and grasp.

Thankfully, the increasing accessibility of AI music tools to individuals provided valuable support. These tools make it possible to create presentable productions, bringing ideas to life in ways that were costly and out of reach.  It’s genuinely exciting to see such tools become available, and I’m eager to see how they continue to evolve.

The foundation for the AI-generated versions was an original compositions. The “MV Demo” and the “Piano Concert” versions. Though unfinished and part of an ongoing learning process, they served as fitting templates for experimentation and creative growth through AI.

The song was originally written with the idea of serving as a music video for the original series. Inspired by the show’s themes and genre, it naturally evolved into an electropop track.
The demo reflects limitations in arrangement and mixing. Earphones are recommended.

가사와 멜로디는 직접 작곡한 자작곡으로 개인적인 창작물입니다.
편곡, 믹싱, 기술적인 완성도를 요구하는 음악 프로덕션은 여전히 큰 도전이며, 현재의 역량으로는 벅찬 부분이 많아 배워감에 앞으로도 많은 시간이 필요할 것 같습니다.

다행히도, AI 음악 도구들이 개인에게 점점 더 쉽게 접근 가능해지면서 큰 도움이 됩니다. 이러한 도구들은 한때는 비용이나 기술적 제약으로 어려웠던 아이디어들을 구현하고, 꽤 만족스러운 결과물로 만들어낼 수 있게 도와줍니다. AI 음악이 앞으로 어떤 방식으로 발전해 나갈지 기대됩니다.

아직 미완성 상태이며 학습 과정의 일부이지만, AI를 활용한 실험과 창작의 기반으로 적절한 템플릿이 되어주었습니다.

이 곡은 원작 드라마의 뮤직비디오와 같이 작사 작곡 되었습니다.
작품의 주제와 장르에서 영감을 받아, 초기 곡 구상은 자연스럽게 일렉트로팝 스타일로 완성되었습니다.
편곡과 믹싱의 부족함으로 원하던 결과를 만들어 내지 못했습니다.  보다 나은 감상을 위해 이어폰 착용을 권장드립니다.
